The Right of Self-Determination Empty The Right of Self-Determination

Self-determination means that
all people have a right to freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
This collective liberty regards, for instance, the respect of the international community towards the internal affairs of a country (such as political, religious, or linguistic elements) which have evolved over a long period of time.

So my question to you: Why should the Swiss not have a right to self-determination? If they choose to have a ban on minarets why should that not be fully legitimate? It is their country and they should have the right to do with it what they please! king
